Frank Del Vecchio Gets His Attorney to Threaten Employee To Retract Statements

Frank Del Vecchio attempts to threaten former employee and retired New York Police Officer Robert Schechter against exposing the fraud committed by Mr. Del Vecchio (See: shorturl.at/eixP8). Mr. Del Vecchio's attorney sent Mr. Schechter a letter demanding that he retract a statement that proves Mr. Del Vecchio threatened employees from exposing the new AMBER Ready II replacement application did not work. Attached are the letters from Retired Police Officer Robert Schechter and the threatening letter from AMBER Ready to Mr. Schecter (See: shorturl.at/qEFP8). The new AMBER Ready II Application was to replace the Application designed the Founder of the company. Although AMBER Ready released numerous press releases to announce the original AMBER Ready II application designed by the original Founder and former CEO when the company had a working application, AMBER Ready has not released any statements or press releases announcing the new AMBER Ready II mobile phone application does not work. Mr. Del Vecchio failed to hire or contract someone with the technical capabilities to replace the former CEO's technical's abilities, and the company has failed to disclose this issue to the general public.

According to Retired New York City Police Officer Robert Schechter, after the Founder of the AMBER Ready was no longer with the company, Mr. Del Vecchio informed Mr. Schechter and several employees the new mobile phone application that was developed by Shining Start Interactive did not work as the original mobile phone application worked. Mr. Schechter was told the application did not work and the employees were to continue selling and marketing the program as advertised. Other employees have provided letters and affidavits to confirm that AMBER Ready was unable to produce a working mobile phone application to replace the application designed by the original Founder and CEO of the Company. The letters as well as the company's website shows that after the Founder of the company was no longer an officer of the company, the company continued to market and establish programs with several organizations.

AMBER Ready has shut down its operation and 24-hour call center in the last week. All calls that were originally routed to the AMBER Ready Call Center, are now routed to the Bergen County Sheriff. This means that parents are now being charged between $20 and $50 to purchase an application to create an e-mail in their mobile phone and e-mail, and are routed to the Bergen County Sheriff when they call to receive the AMBER Ready Emergency Response service that is sold with the application. "Parents don't need to waist their money on the AMBER Ready Program, if they have to use a computer to create and e-mail their children's information to their cell phone", said one former employee. "Parents can also just call 911 if their child is missing, if they are going to be routed to the Bergen County Sheriff". "The 911 service is already setup to route you to police in your area". "This is another attempt for AMBER Ready to use police to defraud the general public", said the former employee. "I'm sure AMBER Ready has not sent out a shareholder letter to announce the company has closed its operations and are routing their so called emergency response service to the Bergen County Sheriff.

AMBER Ready recently announced the Bergen County Sheriff Department has partnered up with the company to sell the program to parents. Today the Bergen County Sheriff was notified and informed the mobile phone application did not work as advertised. "Mr. Del Vecchio has leveraged his relationship with Sheriff Leo McGuire, who probably does not know the program does not work". "Parents are being charge for what they can already do on their own computer, and what 911 already offers", said another former employee. "Once this hits the news, everyone that has attempted to hide Mr. Del Vecchio's fraud will be responsible for helping AMBER Ready to defraud more parents and investors".

Stay tuned for more AMBER Ready updates.
