A Notarized Affidavit From Yet Another Employee To Confirm Frank Del Vecchio's Fraud!

This Just In - Another Document to Confirm Mr. Del Vecchio's Fraud

In addition to the Mr. Del Vecchio's deposition, whereby he confesses to forging the former CEO's signature on stock certificates, and a former employee that was retired police officer confirming that Mr. Del Vecchio forced employees to commit fraud, another employee has provided a notarized affidavit that was sent to authorities to confirm Mr. Del Vecchio's fraud (See: shorturl.at/otuB0).

Mrs. Cella also confirms that AMBER Ready did have a working mobile phone application while the Company's former CEO ran the company in her letter. After he was terminated and the Company terminated the contract of Blinglets, AMBER Ready was unable to redevelop the a new application without the help of the former CEO.

In Paragraph 17 of Mrs. Cella's Affidavit, she further states the Company did not have the mobile phone application that was sold to Parents, Police Boy Scouts and the PTA. Here statement in Paragraph 17 reads as follows.

Shining Star was never able to produce a working AMBER Ready Wireless Phone Application, which was also evident by the fact that we did not need to contract Device Anywhere to test and video the Shining Star version of the AMBER Ready Application.

Statements from Paragraph 21 of Mrs. Cella's Affidavit, confirms that Mr. Del Vecchio accepted Shining Stars application, which did not have a mobile phone application.

After the former CEO was terminated as the Principal of the Company, Mr. Del Vecchio accepted the Shining Star’s Application, which did not have a Wireless Phone Application.

Although Mr. Del Vecchio may have thought the employees believed the Company had a working Wireless Phone Application, but it was common knowledge by all employee the application only worked on a personal computer. The only function the Shining Star Application provided is enabling parents to create an e-mail for their wireless phone and computer.

Mr. Del Vecchio reduced the price of the AMBER Ready Program, which included a basic program for $19.95. The basic program only enabled parents to have access to an e-mail application that could provides nothing more than a free Gmail, Yahoo or AOL account to attach photographs and e-mail text into a wireless phone.

Paragraph 9 of Mrs. Cella's Affidavit, confirms that Mr. Del Vecchio conducted AMBER Read activities while on duty as the Deputy Police Chief of Fairview, New Jersey. Paragraph 9 reads as follows.

While I as employed with the Company, Mr. Del Vecchio shared with me that he was working from the location of his job as the Deputy Police Chief. I'm not sure if the former CEO was aware of this issue. Mr. Del Vecchio primarily would communicate with me through his wireless phone and e-mail sometimes while working at the police department. When Mr. Del Vecchio would occasionally come to the office, he would work from the office conference room, which was less than 4 hours per week. Mr. Del Vecchio told me and the former CEO that he could serve the Company much better working out of the office and was effective in aiding the former CEO in the development of the Company. Based on the conversations that took place in my presence, I don't believe the former CEO knew that Mr. Del Vecchio would call the office from the Fairview Police Department. When the issue came up on a few occasions about the legality of Mr. Del Vecchio working for a private company that produced products and services sold to the general public that were assisted by law enforcement agencies, Mr. Del Vecchio assured the employees there were no legalities. This issue was presented to Mr. Del Vecchio by one of the retired police officers recruited by Mr. Del Vecchio to work in the Company's 24-Hour Call Center.

Mrs. Cella's Affidavit confirms that Mr. Del Vecchio hired an investigator to create false evidence used in the former CEO's termination. The evidence contained a document that appeared to come from former CEO's shredder. Pictures of pieces of the document were taken as evidence. Mrs. Cella confirms the former CEO's shredder never worked while she was employed with the Company and was unable to produce the evidence created by the investigator, which happen to be a friend of Mr. Del Vecchio.

Once the former CEO was terminated as the Principal of the Company, Mr. Del Vecchio hired his friend to investigate the activities of the former CEO. One day while I was in the office, the investigator came in and took photographs of documents and a broken CD. The document photographs suggested that the former CEO shredded the documents; however fomer CEO's shredder had not worked for the entire time I was employed with the Company. This was evident because former CEO had given me and the employee that preceded me all of his documents to shred. On my first day of employment, there were 100’s of marketing documents old brochures and misprinted miscellaneous papers from former CEO's office that were under my desk for me to shred. Mr. Del Vecchio had me purchase him a new shredder the first week he was CEO since the former CEO's shredder did not work.

For more information, read Mrs. Cella's entire Affidavit to see other acts of fraud by Mr. Del Vecchio, including his misrepresentations to the: New York City Housing Authority, PTA, FLEOA, MADD, Boy Scouts and law enforcement agencies.

Sincerely,

A Former Employee of AMBER Ready

P.S.

Since this information was posted, John Thomas Financial was been charged with fraud by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and FINRA, Frank Del Vecchio has stepped down as CEO, AMBER Ready's successor company Galxy Media and Marketing Corp has Shutdown, and John Thomas Financial has shutdown. With the help of several former AMBER Ready employees, the more than 35 million shares Frank Del Vecchio issued to John Thomas Financial's hedge fund, which they intended to dump on the market at $10 per share, was prevented by the SEC. CNBC has also recently produced a television story called "Greed and Fraud" that exposed the fraud committed by John Thomas Financial, which was committed with the help of now Fairview Police Chief Frank Del Vecchio (http://bit.ly/1bd4FBq).

Former IT Manager and Sr. Systems Administrator also confirms that AMBER Ready's mobile phone application did not work.

THIS JUST IN

With overwhelming proof that Mr. Del Vecchio used his position as the Deputy Police Chief of Fairview, New Jersey to commit fraud by knowingly marketing and selling a nonworking child safety application in a for profit company to the public, now the IT Manager and Sr. Systems Administration confirms the AMBER Ready mobile phone application did not work. The former employees letter further confirms that Mr. Del Vecchio hired Shining Star Web Strategies to develop AMBER Ready's mobile phone application to replace the mobile phone application designed by the founder of the AMBER Ready (See: shorturl.at/eoqtF).

The letter goes on to state that Mr. Del Vecchio told the IT Manager that Shining Star would not be able to create the mobile application without duplicating the application developed by Blinglets Inc, which was also the design of the former CEO, who was the founder of the company. The IT Manager states the discussion took place after the founder was no longer with AMBER Ready and about the middle to the end of September 2009.

Mr. Del Vecchio continued to market the AMBER Ready application without disclosing the mobile application did not work. After Mr. Del Vecchio confessed AMBER Ready did not have a working mobile phone application (see: shorturl.at/anQ35), the Mr. Del Vecchio sold the application to the Bergen County Sheriff's Department and Sheriff Leo Mc Guire announced that AMBER Ready was Bergen County's Public Safety Initiative (See: shorturl.at/dxIPQ). After the Began County Sheriff's Department learned of Mr. Del Vecchio's misrepresentation, they stopped offering the program to parents and removed AMBER Ready from the Bergen County Sheriff's website. To date, most investors have no knowledge the replacement AMBER Ready mobile phone application does not work and what happened to their more than 14 million dollars, since AMBER Ready has terminated its employees because the company has run out of money. At this point, will Frank Del Vecchio, Gary Savage or John Thomas Financial break the news to the investors or will they continue to raise money from additional investors without disclosing this material fact? Only the former employees of the company have demonstrated the necessary integrity to tell the truth. AMBER Ready has not provided any press releases or posted anything on their website to disclose the problems with the company's mobile application, financial problems or false statements in the documents provided to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Will any of these parties contact the Bergen County Sheriff, other police departments and their supporting organizations to disclose the truth?

Only time will tell...

Sincerely,

A Former AMBER Ready Employee

Frank Del Vecchio Gets His Attorney to Threaten Employee To Retract Statements

Frank Del Vecchio attempts to threaten former employee and retired New York Police Officer Robert Schechter against exposing the fraud committed by Mr. Del Vecchio (See: shorturl.at/eixP8). Mr. Del Vecchio's attorney sent Mr. Schechter a letter demanding that he retract a statement that proves Mr. Del Vecchio threatened employees from exposing the new AMBER Ready II replacement application did not work. Attached are the letters from Retired Police Officer Robert Schechter and the threatening letter from AMBER Ready to Mr. Schecter (See: shorturl.at/qEFP8). The new AMBER Ready II Application was to replace the Application designed the Founder of the company. Although AMBER Ready released numerous press releases to announce the original AMBER Ready II application designed by the original Founder and former CEO when the company had a working application, AMBER Ready has not released any statements or press releases announcing the new AMBER Ready II mobile phone application does not work. Mr. Del Vecchio failed to hire or contract someone with the technical capabilities to replace the former CEO's technical's abilities, and the company has failed to disclose this issue to the general public.

According to Retired New York City Police Officer Robert Schechter, after the Founder of the AMBER Ready was no longer with the company, Mr. Del Vecchio informed Mr. Schechter and several employees the new mobile phone application that was developed by Shining Start Interactive did not work as the original mobile phone application worked. Mr. Schechter was told the application did not work and the employees were to continue selling and marketing the program as advertised. Other employees have provided letters and affidavits to confirm that AMBER Ready was unable to produce a working mobile phone application to replace the application designed by the original Founder and CEO of the Company. The letters as well as the company's website shows that after the Founder of the company was no longer an officer of the company, the company continued to market and establish programs with several organizations.

AMBER Ready has shut down its operation and 24-hour call center in the last week. All calls that were originally routed to the AMBER Ready Call Center, are now routed to the Bergen County Sheriff. This means that parents are now being charged between $20 and $50 to purchase an application to create an e-mail in their mobile phone and e-mail, and are routed to the Bergen County Sheriff when they call to receive the AMBER Ready Emergency Response service that is sold with the application. "Parents don't need to waist their money on the AMBER Ready Program, if they have to use a computer to create and e-mail their children's information to their cell phone", said one former employee. "Parents can also just call 911 if their child is missing, if they are going to be routed to the Bergen County Sheriff". "The 911 service is already setup to route you to police in your area". "This is another attempt for AMBER Ready to use police to defraud the general public", said the former employee. "I'm sure AMBER Ready has not sent out a shareholder letter to announce the company has closed its operations and are routing their so called emergency response service to the Bergen County Sheriff.

AMBER Ready recently announced the Bergen County Sheriff Department has partnered up with the company to sell the program to parents. Today the Bergen County Sheriff was notified and informed the mobile phone application did not work as advertised. "Mr. Del Vecchio has leveraged his relationship with Sheriff Leo McGuire, who probably does not know the program does not work". "Parents are being charge for what they can already do on their own computer, and what 911 already offers", said another former employee. "Once this hits the news, everyone that has attempted to hide Mr. Del Vecchio's fraud will be responsible for helping AMBER Ready to defraud more parents and investors".

Stay tuned for more AMBER Ready updates.

AMBER Ready Former Employee

This Just In - Another Document to Confirm Mr. Del Vecchio's Fraud

This Just In - Another Document to Confirm Mr. Del Vecchio's Fraud!

Another AMBER Ready employee has come forward to confirm the new AMBER Ready Mobile Phone Application did not work that was developed to replace the working mobile phone application developed by the company's founder.

Steve Yourman provided a letter that confirms that after the founder was no longer with the company, the new AMBER Ready Application was delivered without a working mobile phone application (See: shorturl.at/hlqW4). Mr. Yourman also stated that he personally attempted to setup a child's profile using his mobile phone, but was unable to get the application to work. Mr. Yourman also confirmed that AMBER Ready under the direction of Mr. Del Vecchio marketed the non working mobile phone application to PTA organizations, the Boy Scouts of America and police departments. The company's website provides a press release that states "Northern New Jersey Council, Boy Scouts Of America Take A Proactive Role In Child Safety Education (10.19.09). The company's former CEO and Founder was no longer with the company after September 15, 2009.

Other employees have provided affidavits and letters to confirm that Mr. Del Vecchio purposely took advantage of police, parents and children by marketing and selling a mobile phone application he knew did not work. Mr. Yourman also confirmed AMBER Ready only acquired 300 enrollments instead of the 4,000 enrollments that Mr. Del Vecchio filed in registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In Mr. Del Vecchio deposition, he stated the company acquired 600 enrollments, which was a false statement according to three former employees letters and affidavit.

Several former AMBER Ready employees are outraged they were manipulated into fraudulently marketing and selling an application that did not work to defraud police, parents and children. Several investors have responded to these e-mails and have expressed their desire to take actions against AMBER Ready, John Thomas Financial, Mr. Del Vecchio, Gary Savage and Thomas Belesis for failing to disclose the truth about the company and their application.

Mr. Yourman like other AMBER Ready employees are speaking out against the company and Mr. Del Vecchio because more people are being solicited to invest in a company that has and continues to defraud the public.

Yours truly,
